It was very cold in my hometown on New Year’s Eve. I just lied down and began to practice at 11 o’clock. I feel the vibration on my upper body, especially in my head. It was noisy at home, and I was counting, and calming down quickly. The cold hands became warm when I counted to 40.
There are two or three exercises in the next few days. Whenever I feel nervous, I started to practice to calm myself down. I don’t feel much.
Well, I can feel someone interfering with me and I well avoid it.
