Yǔ shuǐ - Completely pure energy

Of course, we have to develop our feeling for it,
build up this energy and use it to help us grow.

At ip with the Solarterms, we get to know nature better and better. When we talk about nature, we first think of the nature around us. We can learn something about our inner nature from it. Our inner nature operates according to the same principles as we perceive on the outside. For example, there is the cycle of water in the world. From the spring to the ocean, from the raindrop to the river. Water is also constantly flowing within us. Without water, there is no life.
Yǔ shuǐ, ⾬⽔, is the second solar term of the year. Translated, this name means „rainwater”.
“Yǔ shuǐ is a very pure energy,
a pure feminine energy. Shuǐ is feminine. Water.”

There are various forms in which water plays a role on earth, for example as water that springs from the depths of the earth. Yǔ shuǐ is about the water that comes to us from the sky. Normally, something that comes directly from the sky is completely pure and clean. You could even drink the clear rainwater. However, there is a disturbance due to the polluted air.

cannot reach me directly. Because it always comes through the air.
If the air is clean, then Yǔ shuǐ is clean.
Yǔ shuǐ is a beautiful energy.”

The problems of the air are symbolic of our thoughts or our lack of understanding or clarity. Through the exercise at ip, we are reconnected with the pure spirit that manifests itself in natural processes. It always gives us clear guidance for our lives. Master Li connects us with the pure energy of Yǔ shuǐ on these days.

Yǔ shuǐ exercise ONLINE with the Chinese:
On Monday, February 19, 2024, we will practice together with the Chinese students for 40 minutes (Practice time 2:10 – 2:50 pm) from 2:00 pm. The exercise will take place online via Zoom. Please register for this in the registration form.
The joint exercise costs 20 euros (children 13 euros) and can be booked independently of ip. Participation is free of charge for ip participants. You will receive the access data with the booking confirmation.
Together with the ancestors
If you feel a special connection to the ancestors and would like to give them a place, you can register them as regular participants for DEAN-ip. In this case the usual price for adults applies.
