Topic: We Follow the Nature of the Spirit
„Lì Qiū“ (立秋) is the 13th solar term of the traditional Chinese lunar calendar and the first solar term of autumn. Autumn is approaching, but it’s not yet so cold, and the feeling of autumn hasn’t fully arrived. The „spiritual feeling“ is already present, but not yet the „physical feeling“. Lì Qiū shows us that the pure Yin is being reborn. This information from the invisible realm is already here, even though the visible Yang is still very strong.
At ip, we follow the universal energy of the solar terms. We align ourselves with the nature of the spirit. It is essential to stay connected to this energy. The sequence of solar terms at ip has its own rhythm. If we can feel it and participate, we will better understand this cycle. By diving deeper into the solar terms, we become aware of what is coming, the changes in our lives, and in nature. This also means that we become freer and prepared to react more clearly and quickly because we follow the inner and outer nature.
„All changes come from the spirit.“
One person may handle summer well, while another may resonate better with winter. At ip, German and Chinese students practice together, and we learn from each other. In this spiritual family, we can collectively dissolve our karma more effectively. We work on the spiritual level by gaining a deeper understanding of these principles. Thus, the changes in the spirit are already prepared and eventually manifest on the physical level. This is healing.
„At the last ip, I felt that the ‘garbage’ in my spirit was being cleared, and afterward, I could see the principle of the solar term much more clearly. Then, the physical problems disappeared, and everything became easier.“
