Topic: Xiǎoshǔ - Finding Unity Together
At „Xiǎoshǔ“, 小暑, it starts to get hot, but not too hot yet. The temperature and rain increase. Xiǎoshǔ has the meaning that the inner heat slowly rises. At the same time, there is humidity on the outside. There is the word „hothead“, which means that one becomes unclear, the heat goes „to one’s head“ and one gets strange thoughts… Tempers heat up and irritation emerges, out of which thoughtless actions can also arise. Most of the time, communication is not very good then either.
„What does the dragon mean? Why do we always dream about this dragon? The dragon has the meaning that everyone gives the good and we do it together. We bind this dragon energy together again, which is very beautiful. So at ip we can just be relaxed and enjoy this energy. More, more energy, more more together, then we can do the mountains, no matter how big.“
Relations between Germany and China, for example, are somewhat strained at the political level right now. However, if we practise together at ip, we connect from essence to essence and become one. Then there are no fights and we carry our tasks together. We remain calm like Buddha and follow one direction.
„Unity is synonymous with truth or harmony. If we are all together, it is already the truth, then it doesn’t matter how great the extremes are.“
We need to change our way of life and learn how to balance extremes internally. Inner balance leads us to react better and faster to changes and to adapt to circumstances. Energy can always come from two directions and so we need to pay attention to our outer and inner climate respectively. Regardless of whether extremes from the outside or, for example, a heated storm arise within us, it is always a matter of having enough power and clarity to harmonise it.
