小满 (Xiǎomǎn) small abundance

The eighth solar term of the year and the second in summer is Xiǎomǎn, 小满. „Xiǎo” means „small” and „mǎn” originally means „filled” or „fullness”. Xiǎomǎn is a special sign of nature. This sign means: the water fills up.
Nature, the waters, must be filled. If the water is sufficient and flowing, then it is in a state of harmony. Balance can be described as abundance. In the same way, if we can connect with the ancestors and understand our Yuánfèn, then we are in a state of balance or abundance. This allows the information, like water, to continue to flow and help us.
If we follow the natural flow, everything we need is always there. That’s why we should always be humble, regardless of whether we have a lot or a little. Everything we get, we get from the spirit.

We are humble when we don’t want and do too much and don’t disturb this natural flow. Then we live in connection with the yuánfèn and find harmony and peace.

Gǔ Yǔ exercise ONLINE with the Chinese:
On Monday, May 20, 2024, we will practice together with the Chinese students for 40 minutes (Practice time 2:10 – 2:50 pm) from 2:00 pm. The exercise will take place online via Zoom. Please register for this in the registration form.
The joint exercise costs 20 euros (children 13 euros) and can be booked independently of ip. Participation is free of charge for ip participants. You will receive the access data with the booking confirmation.
Together with the ancestors
If you feel a special connection to the ancestors and would like to give them a place, you can register them as regular participants for DEAN-ip. In this case the usual price for adults applies.
