„DEAN-ip is first for the peaceful from the spirit.“
Topic: Mángzhòng, time of harmony energy
When one is satisfied with the „small“ (Xiǎomǎn, small satisfaction), the next possibility can arise from this state. This means that the beginning was made in peace, that there was a calm and clear beginning. If we are content in that calm and clear, then that is a form of harmony.
To Mángzhòng, „grain in ears“, the change is shown through growth. All growth always occurs in a state of balance. This means doing the right thing at the right time and taking advantage of the circumstances. Nature shows us this at this time through warmth and at the same time rain, so that everything can flourish well.
As an example of yin and yang and the balance between them, one can well imagine trying to walk on a beam across a ditch. In order not to fall into the ditch, we have to find the inner balance with each step so that we do not tip too much to one side. The more we tip to one side, the more likely we are to fall into the ditch and lose our footing. In order not to lose our balance, we always focus on the goal and our inner center.
To move forward, we need to keep moving and at the same time preserve our essence. For our lives, this means we must be able to adapt, but not lose our own destiny. Adaptation is also exchange with others.
„When the heart and kidney exchange, it’s so beautiful.
It’s like when you have something and you give me a little.
And like when I have something, I give you a little.
Such a beautiful sign.“
This harmony energy is a special moment. Sometimes it’s like fire and water, which actually cancel each other out, but in their interplay they create something new again.
